Terms and Conditions of Service
Last Updated: 18.06.2026
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before booking a service with Fuel Removal Help. By confirming a booking and paying a deposit via our emergency hotline 07900 379492, you agree to be legally bound by these terms.
These terms govern the mobile fuel drain and AdBlue extraction services provided by Fuel Removal Help (referred to as "we", "us", or "our"). They outline our operational boundaries, mandatory payment structures, and limits of mechanical liability. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not proceed with a booking.
Areas We Cover Across the United Kingdom
The geographic boundaries, legal jurisdictions, and strict highway safety limitations governing the Company’s operations are explicitly defined as follows:
-
Territorial Jurisdiction: The Company operates and provides its mobile services exclusively within the borders of England. Services are available across every individual county within England. The Company does not operate, nor does it extend coverage to, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, or any offshore UK territories.
-
Safe Static Locations: Services will only be rendered at stationary, off-road locations. This includes commercial garage forecourts, private residential driveways, corporate parking facilities, and public parking bays.
-
High-Speed Highway Exclusions: Under strict corporate safety policy and insurance mandates, we do not provide roadside fuel drains on motorways or dual carriageways. If a vehicle is stranded on a high-speed route, the Customer must independently arrange for the vehicle to be recovered to a safe off-road location or service station prior to our arrival.
-
Third-Party Forecourt Permission: It is the Customer's sole responsibility to ensure that the landowners or fuel station management grant permission for our mobile unit to execute fuel extraction procedures on their premises.
🛠️ On-Site Fuel Recovery Services We Offer Nationwide
The scope of work performed by the Company is strictly limited to fuel drainage, system flushing, and line priming as a localized emergency recovery service:
-
Defined Scope of Work: The service fee charged covers the physical extraction of contaminated fluid from the tank, a targeted purge of the fuel lines, priming of the fuel system, and the delivery of a nominal amount of clean fuel to facilitate testing.
-
Pre-Existing Vehicular Damage: The Customer explicitly acknowledges that introducing incorrect fuel or AdBlue into an engine can cause immediate, catastrophic damage to high-pressure pumps, injectors, and internal components. The Company assumes no liability for mechanical degradation caused prior to our arrival.
-
Mechanical Limitations: Our technicians operate strictly as specialized mobile fuel drainage operators. We do not provide mechanical repairs, deep electronic diagnostics, component replacements, or traditional garage workshop remedies at the roadside.
💰 Clear, Upfront Pricing with No Hidden Fees
All financial transactions, booking fees, and outstanding balances are governed by the following strict payment covenants:
-
Mandatory Upfront Financial Commitment: To securely log a booking and authorize the dispatch of a mobile engineer, an upfront payment is always required. Depending on the location and dispatch logistics, the Customer must pay either a partial deposit or the full quoted sum over the telephone via credit/debit card before a technician is deployed.
-
Immediate Settlement of Balances: In cases where a partial deposit is secured over the phone, the remaining balance of the agreed contract price must be paid in full immediately upon completion of the fuel drain service on-site. Vehicle keys and possession will be withheld until full payment is verified.
-
Cancellations and Aborted Call-outs: Once a deposit or full payment has been processed and a mobile unit is en route, the payment becomes completely non-refundable. This covers the immediate operational costs, engineering allocation, and travel expenditures incurred by the Company.
🌟 Why Trust Fuel Removal Help Nationwide?
The following terms dictate the strict limits of our operational liabilities, performance benchmarks, and our non-start fee policies:
-
The Absolute Engine Non-Start Policy: The Customer explicitly agrees that the entire quoted contract amount remains fully payable if the vehicle's engine fails to start following the completion of the fuel drain. The Company's contractual obligation is to successfully extract the contaminated fluid and flush the system. If pre-existing mechanical damage (inflicted by the contamination or ignition use prior to our arrival) or an unrelated mechanical/electrical fault prevents the vehicle from starting, our labor, machine utilization, clean fuel delivery, and hazardous waste disposal costs have still been fully rendered and must be compensated in full.
-
Compliance and Equipment: All services are conducted utilizing industry-standard, ATEX-certified, spark-proof fuel extraction rigs to ensure safety and forecourt regulatory compliance.
-
Environmental Responsibility: All extracted hazardous materials, contaminated fuels, and chemical elements are legally manifested, transported, and disposed of at authorized UK environmental chemical recycling facilities.
-
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by English law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of business, or mechanical component failure resulting from the initial misfuelling event.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Why must I pay the entire balance if the technician drains the fuel but the car still will not start?
A: Our company is contracted to perform a specialized fluid extraction and system flush. If you turned on your ignition or drove the vehicle prior to our arrival, the wrong fuel or AdBlue may have already mechanically compromised your internal fuel pump or fuel injectors. Because our technical labor, specialized equipment usage, clean fuel provision, and legal waste disposal services have been fully provided, the contractual fee remains fully due regardless of pre-existing internal engine damage.
Q: Can I opt to skip the upfront deposit and pay the technician entirely in cash upon arrival?
A: No. We maintain a strict nationwide administrative policy across England requiring a verified over-the-phone deposit or full payment before any mobile vehicle is dispatched. This safeguards our engineers against fraudulent call-outs and covers immediate dispatch expenses.
Q: Will you perform a drain if my vehicle is safely on the hard shoulder of an English motorway?
A: No. For strict insurance compliance and the physical safety of our technicians, we cannot operate on the hard shoulder of any motorway or dual carriageway. You must have your vehicle moved to a service station, parking lot, or adjacent side road before our technician can legally and safely begin work.
